ECO4 Scheme

The ECO4 scheme is a valuable initiative aimed at improving energy efficiency in homes, particularly for vulnerable and low-income households. By providing funding and support for essential energy-saving measures, the scheme can help to reduce energy bills, enhance comfort, and contribute to environmental sustainability.

The ECO4 scheme is the 4th iteration of the Energy Company Obligation in the UK and is designed to increase the energy efficiency of your home if your EPC Rating is E, F or G.

Measures and Improvements include Insulation, Heating and Solar Panels.

The scheme is fully funded by energy suppliers, who are obligated to meet energy efficiency targets and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions.

Energy suppliers work with approved installers such as Newholme Energy to deliver these energy efficiency improvements.

The costs of the home improvements are covered by the energy suppliers, so all works are free to you if you are eligible.

All products installed under the ECO4 Scheme are owned by the homeowner and come with a product warranty, a workmanship warranty and an insurance backed guarantee.

A Retrofit Assessment will be conducted by one of our fully qualified Retrofit Assessors, to determine the specific measures required for your property, should you qualify.

Benefits of ECO4 Scheme

  • Energy Savings: Improved energy efficiency can lead to lower energy bills.
  • Comfort: Enhanced comfort due to better insulation and more efficient heating.
  • Environmental Impact: Reduced carbon footprint through decreased energy consumption and use of renewable energy.
  • Health: Improved indoor air quality and a healthier living environment.
